Retrospective is a module from Agilibo that allows agile teams to design and run varied retrospective sessions from anywhere. Together, the team looks back on the sprint and reflects on what went well and what adjustments can be made to make the collaboration even more effective.

Make your Retrospective fit to your needs

Tired of asking the same retro questions and using the same schemes over and over again? In our settings you can change and customize retrospective questions and layouts as you wish. Of course, Agilibo also provides predefined templates such as “Mad, Sad, Glad” or “Stop, Start, Continue” and many more. You can even dynamically adjust the templates as needed during a running session.

Invite anyone with just one click

You can invite both your team members and guests to join in and experience valuable discussions on team collaboration and efficiency. Not only can you send invitations via email, but you can also send the invitation link of the Agilibo's Retrospective sessions directly. The invitation links are very secure and expire automatically after 24 hours.

Make it timeboxed

You can set up a timer - start, pause and stop it as needed. This not only improves the team's time management and achievement of set goals, but especially the team's focus and attention on the important questions being asked.

Transparent collaboration & learning

Transparency is one of the core agile values that is also particularly important in retrospectives. Agilibo's module allows your team to pinpoint what went wrong during a Sprint, what the consequences were, and how it could be handled in the future to learn from failures together.

Generate insights with voting system

Productivity increases when all the members of the Agile team are on the same page. Agilibo's Retrospective helps to value each and every team member’s opinion by enabling voting system. Your team can vote the feedbacks and the highest-voted retrospective feedbacks will help generating insights.

Initiate direct improvement

The main purpose of retrospectives is to enable continuous improvement within the team. This involves looking back at past events and learning from mistakes by deciding on concrete actions. It is good practice to include at least one retrospective action directly in the Sprint Backlog. This procedure supports self-organization in the team; external monitoring is not necessary.

Transferable facilitator role

In every Agilibo's Retrospective session, there is a facilitator to ensure that the session runs smoothly and efficiently. In some teams, the Scrum Master takes the facilitator role. However, it is good practice in agile, self-organized teams to switch roles regularly. Therefore, any participant can be appointed as a facilitator with just one click.

See your Retrospective history

Agilibo's Retrospective allows you to save every retrospective you conduct, so you can recall the session at any time. It is always a good idea to revisit the same questions or keep track of which topics have been addressed before, even if the motto is "urgent topics always come up again".
